Participation in auxiliary functions—including financial support ecosystems for life milestones (weddings), discounted agricultural necessity access, or hotel networking events—is dependent on adherence to community parameters and verified account metrics.

While Gunners Property Tech utilizes state-of-the-art technological layers to display real-time listings with high reliability, we are not liable for external delays in construction timelines, real estate market adjustments, or third-party service delays.

These Terms and Conditions are governed, managed, and constructed under the current legal frameworks of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, with administrative execution handled by tribunals located in Addis Ababa.
